Tirzepatide Reconstitution Guide

Metabolic

Dosing Calculator & Syringe Unit Conversion Tables

Tirzepatide is a novel dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Clinical trials have shown superior weight loss results compared to semaglutide, making it one of the most effective metabolic peptides available.

The tables below provide pre-calculated syringe draw values (U-100 insulin syringe units) for common research doses of Tirzepatide. Find your vial size, locate your dose row, and read the units for your chosen BAC water volume.

How the Math Works

Concentration (mg/mL) = Vial mg ÷ BAC water mL

Volume to draw (mL) = Dose mg ÷ Concentration

Syringe units (U-100) = Volume mL × 100

Example: 5mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL. For a 2.5mg dose: 2.5 ÷ 2.50 = 100.0 units. U-100 means 100 units = 1mL.

Tirzepatide 5mg Vial — Syringe Units by BAC Water Volume

U-100 insulin syringe units (100 units = 1mL) for each research dose and BAC water amount.

Storage After Reconstitution

Refrigerate reconstituted Tirzepatide immediately (2–8°C / 36–46°F). Use within 30 days when refrigerated. For longer storage, freeze at −20°C; use within 6 months. Keep away from light. Do not refreeze after thawing.
