Sermorelin is a synthetic version of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It was the first GHRH analogue approved by the FDA for treating GH deficiency in children.
The tables below provide pre-calculated syringe draw values (U-100 insulin syringe units) for common research doses of Sermorelin. Find your vial size, locate your dose row, and read the units for your chosen BAC water volume.
How the Math Works
Concentration (mg/mL) = Vial mg ÷ BAC water mL
Volume to draw (mL) = Dose mg ÷ Concentration
Syringe units (U-100) = Volume mL × 100
Example: 5mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL. For a 250mcg (0.25mg) dose: 0.25 ÷ 2.5 = 0.1mL = 10 units. U-100 means 100 units = 1mL.

Storage After Reconstitution
Refrigerate reconstituted Sermorelin immediately (2–8°C / 36–46°F). Use within 30 days when refrigerated. For longer storage, freeze at −20°C; use within 6 months. Keep away from light. Do not refreeze after thawing.
