Semaglutide Reconstitution Guide

Metabolic

Dosing Calculator & Syringe Unit Conversion Tables

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist originally developed for type 2 diabetes management. It has gained significant attention for its powerful weight loss effects and metabolic benefits.

The tables below provide pre-calculated syringe draw values (U-100 insulin syringe units) for common research doses of Semaglutide. Find your vial size, locate your dose row, and read the units for your chosen BAC water volume.

How the Math Works

Concentration (mg/mL) = Vial mg ÷ BAC water mL

Volume to draw (mL) = Dose mg ÷ Concentration

Syringe units (U-100) = Volume mL × 100

Example: 5mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL. For a 0.25mg dose: 0.25 ÷ 1.50 = 16.7 units. U-100 means 100 units = 1mL.

Semaglutide 3mg Vial — Syringe Units by BAC Water Volume

U-100 insulin syringe units (100 units = 1mL) for each research dose and BAC water amount.

Concentration at each BAC volume: 1mL → 3.00 mg/mL | 2mL → 1.50 mg/mL | 3mL → 1.00 mg/mL | 5mL → 0.60 mg/mL

Semaglutide 5mg Vial — Syringe Units by BAC Water Volume

Storage After Reconstitution

Refrigerate reconstituted Semaglutide immediately (2–8°C / 36–46°F). Use within 30 days when refrigerated. For longer storage, freeze at −20°C; use within 6 months. Keep away from light. Do not refreeze after thawing.
